The villa consists of : |

Direct access to the kitchen, and a bar corner.
- A dining room with special pool table. Direct access to the terrace with barbecue, a view of the pool as well as over the terrain with its plants and trees.
- A kitchen in the typical regional style, fully equipped with quality materials: induction cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge with ice machine, dryer, deep fryer, percolator, toaster, mixer and dishes/cutlery for 12 persons.
Direct access to a terrace facing south, with a barbecue and a nice shady spot with plants. Ideally suited for having a leisurely breakfast in the middle of nature.

- 1 bedroom for 2 persons (2 x 1) situated in the tower with a balcony facing south and a view over the sea on the side of Port Grimaud. Private bathroom at the base of the tower with jetted bath, washing table, toilet, etc. with a charming finish in pine from the Landes area.
- 1 bedroom for 2 persons (2 x 1) decorated in teak wood. Bathroom (jetted bath, washing tables, and toilet). Terrace at the front of the room on the level of the pool.
- 1 bedroom for 2 persons (2 x 1) with lovely bathroom (jetted bath, washing table, and toilet). Passage to the sleeping space with typical swing doors, beautiful terrace next to the pool.
All the rooms are equipped with single pinewood beds, comfortable mattresses, mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases and duvet covers. Each one guarantees your privacy thanks to the furnished terrace and disposes of a bathroom equipped with jetted baths, washing tables, hair dryers and private toilets.
In the villa, you'll find thian irontable, an iron and a hairdryer.
Beautiful garden with indigenous plants like palm trees, yuccas, olive trees, apricot trees, pine trees, oak trees, lavender and flowers from the Provence, crickets add to the atmosphere during summertime. Completely enclosed with an automatic gate and an alarm installed for maximum safety.
The swimming-pool is heated (from 1st April to 31st October) and patented security system to avoid accidents.
The whole property is illuminated and emits a magic atmosphere which, complemented with the singing of the crickets, turns hot summer nights into a unique well being experience.
On different levels in the garden there are children’s games (table tennis, table football, swing, wooden cabin, slide).
A sauna for six persons can also be used as quiet corner for children to play.
On the grounds, there is parking space for 4 persons.
